No parties, no pets, no smoking. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. As of 2025, the HOA implemented a policy requiring wristbands to be worn at the community pool at all times. This effort is being made to ensure that those using the facilities are in fact, authorized to do so. There will be 2 types of wristbands issued, (dark blue- Renter) and (light blue- Owner). No one will be allowed at the pool without a wristband. The contracted pool monitor will be checking for all attendees to have wristbands on or will be asked to go back and get them. There are a total of 9 guest wrist bands that will be available for your use on the kitchen table. Please return all wristbands to the kitchen table before you check out. Lost/stolen wristbands will be replaced for a fee of $10/each. Please wash sand off your feet with the hose downstairs before entering the house. Please take trash to downstairs garbage bin when full and/or when you check out. Please, No Loose Garbage. ALL Garbage MUST be in bags. If you have big boxes, please break them down, place under Bags or next to garbage can. For small boxes (I.e. Soda, Pizza, Etc.), please break down & then they will fit into a bag. Please take garbage bin to end of driveway on Monday evening and Thursday evenings (trash is picked up on Tuesday and Friday). After garbage is picked up, please bring garbage bin back under the home. If there are any dirty dishes, please start dishwasher when checking out. If used, please clean the BBQ Grill and/or the Margarita Machine prior to checkout. Ensure door is locked when checking out. Return key back to keysafe and ensure it is locked when checking out. Stays over 30 days will be considered and will require guests to sign a rental agreement.
